Brent L. Parker, Attorney
Brent was born in Guntersville, Alabama, March 30, 1971. He graduated from DAR High School in Grant, Alabama in 1989. He received a B.S. Degree in Corporate Finance in 1993 and a J.D. Degree in 1997 from the University of Alabama. While attending the University of Alabama, Mr. Parker received the Undergraduate Award of Excellence in Finance for 1993. While attending the University of Alabama School of Law, Mr. Parker was chosen for the Alabama Law Review and the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society. Mr. Parker was admitted to the Alabama Bar and U.S. District Court, Northern District in 1997. Mr. Parker is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, and the Marshall County Bar Asociation. Mr. Parker and his wife Belinda reside in Grant, Alabama with their three children - Alex will be 3 in July, Brady 10 and Carolina will be 12 in April.

Rebecca Ayers, Legal Assistant
Rebecca Ayers was born in Huntsville, Alabama on April 28, 1980. She graduated from DAR High School in Grant, Alabama in 1998. She has attended Northeast Alabama Community College, Calhoun Community College, and the University of Texas San Antonio where she studied business and psychology. Rebecca is married to Brian Ayers and they have two children, Ethan & Zachary. Rebecca currently resides in Grant, Alabama with her family.
